Basanta SEO API provides programmatic access to domain-level and URL-level SEO authority-style metrics via a REST API. The Service is provided as-is, and metrics are for research, comparison, and automation purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits beyond your plan
• Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others
• Resell or redistribute API access without explicit written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our underlying data sources
• Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive claims
• Claim that API metrics represent official scores from Google, Ahrefs, Moz, or Semrush
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or illegal scraping

API keys are issued to individual accounts and must not be shared publicly. You are responsible for all activity associated with your API key. If your key is compromised, contact us immediately.

All metrics provided by the Service are authority-style indicators intended for research and automation. They are not official scores from Google, Ahrefs, Moz, or any other third-party SEO platform. Basanta SEO API makes no guarantees regarding Google search rankings or SEO outcomes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Pricing and request limits are subject to change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basanta SEO API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

All content, code, and documentation related to Basanta SEO API is owned by Basanta Sapkota. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.
